This Privacy Policy explains how Desert Legacy Cabinets (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.desertlegacycabinets.com (the “Site”) or contact us. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect only what we need to answer your questions and help with your project, and we do not sell your personal information.

When you submit our contact or quote-request form, or reach us by phone or email, you may share: your name, email address, phone number, the address of your project, your preferred way to be contacted, the details of your message, and any files you choose to upload (for example, plans or photos of your space). You control what you send us.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. These tools may collect your approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and how you move through and interact with pages (including clicks, scrolling, and aggregated session activity). Specifically, we use:

These services use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes or designs.
- To schedule consultations and showroom visits.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
