These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.desertlegacycabinets.com (the “Site”), operated by Desert Legacy Cabinets, a full-service cabinet contractor in St. George, Utah. We keep these plain on purpose — short sections, no legalese walls.

By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site. You can always reach us by phone or in person at the showroom instead.
What this Site is
The Site shares information about our cabinet collections, countertops, installation services, showroom, and service areas. It exists to help you learn about our work and get in touch — it is not a store, and nothing on it is a binding offer.
Quotes requested through the Site are estimates, not binding offers. Final pricing, scope, product selections, and installation terms are confirmed in a written proposal we prepare for your specific project. Product and installation terms — including any written warranty terms — are provided in that written proposal, not on this Site.
Our content
The content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Desert Legacy name and collection names — belongs to us or is used with permission. You’re welcome to view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, scrape, or republish it for commercial use without our written permission.
Using the Site responsibly
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with the Site or the services behind it.
- Submit false information or spam through our contact and quote forms.
No warranties on Site content
